Webetter
Accessibility statement
We want people of different abilities and ages to be able to read, navigate and use Webetter.
Our approach
We are working to improve the accessibility of our public pages and platform interface, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference. Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement is not a certification or a claim of full conformance.
Reading and accessibility settings
Open Accessibility settings to adjust text size, high contrast, link highlighting, text spacing and reduced motion. You can reset these preferences at any time. When browser storage is available, your choices are saved in this browser; they are not an account-wide setting.
Using a keyboard
Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and controls. Press Enter to follow a link; use Enter or Space to activate a button. The “Skip to content” link moves focus to the main content. Press Escape or the close button to close the settings panel and return to the control that opened it.
A simpler starting point
The elderly-friendly home brings common services together on one page, with simple navigation, larger links, and service areas identified by both colour and text. You can reach it directly from the main homepage and the footer.
Elderly-friendly homeScope and limitations
This statement covers Webetter’s own public pages and platform interface. Reading controls can help you view a page, but do not fix every accessibility barrier. Customer-generated websites, uploaded documents, embedded content and third-party services may have different accessibility features and need separate review.
Get help or report a problem
If you have difficulty using Webetter, email our support team. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what prevented you from doing it. If helpful, tell us your browser or assistive technology and the format or contact method you prefer. We use this feedback to investigate issues and improve access.
